Payment links and QR payments
Create a payment link to share with a customer through your usual communication channel, or present a merchant QR code for an in-person payment. Check the merchant workspace for payment status before treating an order as paid.
Hosted checkout and integrations
Businesses with a website or app can review the hosted checkout and developer integration options in the merchant workspace. Use the available sandbox and integration documentation to test your setup before processing live customer payments. Protect API credentials and follow the signature-verification guidance for webhook events.
Reconcile sales and resolve payment questions
Use the merchant transaction records to match a customer payment to an order. Keep your own order reference alongside the EriPay transaction reference. If a customer reports a missing or duplicate payment, check the transaction status before taking another payment and contact support with both references.
Getting started
