Protect your EriPay account

Protect both the device you use and the details that authorize payments. These steps reduce the chance of someone accessing your account or sending money without your knowledge.

Keep sign-in and payment credentials private

  • Use a unique password and do not reuse it on other sites.
  • Keep your Wallet PIN private. Do not save it in a chat or share it with someone claiming to be support.
  • Never share a one-time sign-in code. Enter codes only in the EriPay flow that requested them.
  • Turn on two-factor sign-in in account settings where it is available.

Check before confirming a payment

Before approving a transfer, deposit or withdrawal, review the amount, wallet and recipient details displayed in EriPay. Be cautious with urgent requests, unexpected links, screen-sharing requests and anyone asking you to move money to “protect” your account.

If you lose your phone or notice activity you do not recognize

  • Use a trusted device to change your password and review account security settings.
  • Contact your mobile network if your SIM or number may have been taken over.
  • Contact EriPay support promptly and include the transaction reference for any activity you are reporting.
  • Do not send your password, Wallet PIN or one-time code in an email or support ticket.

Get help with a transaction or account

Signed-in customers can open a support ticket from the Support area in their account. Include the date, amount, wallet, transaction reference and a short description. For account access concerns, contact the support address or phone number listed on this website. Do not include secret credentials.

Understand your wallet

An EriPay wallet is a digital payment account, not a bank deposit account. Read the Risk Disclosure to understand the nature and limits of the services before using them.

Service availability and account requirements can vary. Follow the latest instructions shown in your EriPay account.
