Sending Gift Cards and Redeeming Vouchers on EriPay

Money is the most useful gift, but it can feel impersonal. An EriPay gift card turns a transfer into a celebration, with a branded card and your own message.

Send a gift card

1. Open Gift Cards from the menu.
2. Choose a design and the amount.
3. Add the recipient's email address and a personal message.
4. Confirm with your Wallet PIN.

The recipient gets an email with the card and can redeem it into their EriPay wallet. If they are new, it is a lovely way to welcome them to EriPay.

Vouchers

Vouchers are codes worth a set amount. You can create a voucher from your balance and give the code to someone, who redeems it into their wallet. Businesses use vouchers for promotions, refunds and rewards.

Redeem a voucher or gift card

1. Open Vouchers (or the link in your gift card email).
2. Enter the code.
3. The value is added to your wallet instantly.

Keep codes private

Anyone with a code can redeem it. Share codes only with the intended person, and never post them publicly.
